It is a Facebook scam which is currently
trending on Facebook. The scammers are using a fake picture which claims to
show “two little creatures”.
This is fake and it has been hosted on a malicious
website. The Facebook scam tries to lure unaware users to the malicious
website, which will demand the victims to share the malicious page.
Once the users share the malicious “[FOX Breaking
News] Two little creatures found in USA,THEY are just like humans!!” Facebook
scam to their Facebook timeline, they will be redirected to another website
which will claim that they have to enter a survey first before they can watch
the video.
The scammers use this method to farm clicks and shares
for specific websites and environments. The victims risk the chance that they
might be infected with malware or fake surveys.
