WE JUST HOPE AND PRAY – CASTRO’S FAMILY #searchforcastro

It’s been 3 agonizing days since the reported drowning of ace hiplife Artiste Castro at Ada, but despite the thorough search by rescuers and The Marine division of the Ghana Police, his body has still not been recovered. As a way of lending your support to the rescuers, join #searchforcastro campaign on facebook and twitter. Just tweet and add the #searchforcastro.

Moving on,

The Maxx Entertainment Crew was at the premises of Castro’s father in Takoradi today and spoke to his Step-mother and sister.

Speaking to the Maxx Entertainment crew, Castro’s step-mother Mrs. Felicia Eshun, said the family is mourning and her prayer is that Castro’s body should be found whether dead or alive.

According to her, if the chief of the town could organize some elders to offer prayers to the gods of the river to bring her son back, she will be glad because in their hometown, such ritual is required for the body to appear ashore, so they believe in that.

Castro’s sister, Patricia Obeng also added she’s been finding it difficult to believe that her brother is dead. And even going on with day-to-day activities have become a problem to the family. But prayers have been their duty since the Sunday that the incident happened.

As at now, Castro’s father, Mr. Eshun is in Ada, helping out with the search for his precious son.

The "odo pa" crooner was reported to have drowned last Sunday, 6th July, 2014 in an attempt to save a lady friend who fell off a Jet Ski they were both on at the Peace holiday in Ada.
