Outspoken Ghanaian musician Kwame Asare
Obeng, known in showbiz as A Plus will finally make it to court on
Monday, November 3 2014 as he has been served with a writ of summons by
the Accra High Court.
In a case verses Maurice K. Ampaw
(Plaintiff) and Kwame Asare Obeng (Defendant), the plaintiff prays the
court to place an interlocutory order on the defendant from further
publishing any “insulting and defamatory” messages until the substantive
case has been determined.
On October 11 2014, A Plus described the
lawyer as “dumb” for assertions he made on Castro’s disappearance that he will reveal the whereabouts of the missing musician,
something which has so far not gone well with the lawyer.
